Terms of Use

These terms cover the Sleigh the Day iPhone app and this website, both made by Arda Akdere, a sole proprietor in Türkiye. Using either means you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

The app

Sleigh the Day is a focus timer. It is sold through the App Store and licensed to you under Apple's standard end-user licence, which applies alongside these terms. You may use it on the devices tied to your Apple Account.

Paying for it

• Forever is a one-time purchase of $19.99. Nothing renews. It supports Family Sharing, so up to six people in your family group can use one purchase.
• Monthly is $3.99 a month. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps everything until the period you paid for ends.
• Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may differ from the dollar amounts above.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules; see the Support page for how to ask.

The web timer

The timer on this website is free to use, needs no account, and comes as it is. We may change or remove it at any time. It keeps a few settings in your browser and nothing anywhere else.

What you may not do

Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, its drawings, sounds or text, and do not try to work around the purchase. The drawings are original work and are protected by copyright.

No promises beyond the obvious

We make the app carefully, but it is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost work, missed deadlines or other indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of where you live.
